Everyone deserves a second chance at life

Striving to be the Commonwealth’s leader in addiction treatment for patient experience, clinical outcomes, and educating our communities.
Our vision is to be the addiction medicine (MAT) provider of choice throughout the Commonwealth and its surrounding states, and
to partner with an entity to sustain the growth of a medically necessary program.

Certified addiction medicine specialists are physicians who demonstrate the requisite knowledge and skills to provide prevention, screening, intervention, and treatment for substance use and addiction with education, experience, and examination.

People affected by addiction need a supportive care team they can trust. We have specialists that acknowledge the complexities of addiction, offering personalized help every step of the way. Compassionate care teams are essential to understanding that everyone’s story matters and no single path works for everyone.

With the right help and support, those struggling with addiction can look forward to a brighter future. It’s important to remember this journey is not easy, but it is possible. Recovery requires both patience and dedication. If you stay motivated and resilient , sobriety and healing will come.

With individualized care as the cornerstone of any treatment plan, our patients can have confidence in improving their lives. It's critical that people who suffer from substance abuse disorders, and their loved ones, partner with clinicians to provide comprehensive care for recovery.

Positive client feedback is a key element of success for any business, but for us this is our mission. We strive to assure that each and every encounter within our facility is one that is of paramount and lasting effect. We hope for life changing impact to come to each of our patients.

True Peace

At A New Start we know addiction is a CHRONIC DISEASE due to a deficiency of dopamine. Dopamine is a brain chemical that allows people to feel normal, be content, happy and able to deal with life’s obstacles. It is every bit as much a chronic disease as diabetes which is due to a deficiency of insulin in the pancreas or even Parkinson’s disease which is also due to the deficiency of dopamine.

A chronic disease cannot be cured but it can be managed, and we have a truly empathetic team here at A New Start, LLC who care deeply.  Our team knows where you have been, where you are currently, and where you have the potential to go.

We treat addiction with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) along with access to a 12-step recovery program and behavioral therapy resulting in complete treatment of mind, body, and spirit.

We know this disease affects the addicted person and those closest to them, often causing separation from family and friends, however with true recovery we also have found that these relationships can be rebuilt. We are the leading providers when it comes to addiction recovery. Learn more about our M.A.T. Program.

Addiction Has Three Outcomes

While addiction cannot be cured, it can be treated and managed.  At A New Start we’re here to show you that our proven program really works.  This program introduces a more successful approach that actually leads to recovery, which has proven to be better than past options.  Historically, treatment of addiction has been the abstinence-only option with dismal results of less than 10% sobriety after one year. We are here to introduce and implement success focused opportunities for everyone that’s seeking help. We have two locations to choose from: Henderson KY and Central City KY
